His specialty interests are Aesthetic Surgery, General Plastic Surgery, Breast Surgery, Tumor Surgery, Hand Surgery and Microsurgery.
He is a member of International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), Association of Turkish Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (EPCD), Association of Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (TPRECD), Turkish Society of Hand and Upper Extremity and Turkish Medical Association (TTB) and a member of board in Turkish Society of Aesthetic Face and Nose Surgery.

She graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1995. Following her graduation, she pursued specialized training in medical aesthetics and complementary medicine. Holding numerous certifications approved by the Ministry of Health, Dr. Uğur obtained her Medical Aesthetic Medicine Certificate in 2006, Mesotherapy Certificate in 2008, and Occupational Medicine Certificate in 2012. In 2019, she further expanded her expertise with certifications in Ozone Therapy and Acupuncture. Specializing in aesthetic medicine, she is proficient in PRP, fillers, botulinum toxin, mesotherapy, thread lifting, chemical peels, and fat dissolving techniques, and also serves as a trainer in these areas. Dr. Uğur is a member of the Mesotherapy Association and the Medical Aesthetic Medicine Association, actively participating in national and international conferences to share her knowledge. She currently practices in her own clinic in Bursa. She is fluent in English.
